Eviction, Judgements, and Writs of Posession

We serve notice to the resident being evicted. We file eviction action with the county where the property is located. We appear in court to represent your side. We acquire judgments against residents still owing rent or damages to the property. We see that the resident vacates the property as instructed. If necessary, we file a Writ of Possession. We file, in your behalf, an Abstract of Judgment and we will file for damages which are above and beyond what is received in the original judgment.
