    • Each tenant is required to sign a Texas Association of Realtors lease, along with several addenda items which bind the tenant.
    • We take time to sit down with each new resident to explain their rights and responsibilities. We go over the lease with them so that they understand every aspect of leasing your property.
    • We complete a move-in inspection with the new resident and make notes of the condition to compare when the tenant moves out.
